Addy is a student-athlete at UC Davis, where she plays field hockey and plans to study business. Through her experiences in collegiate athletics as a student-athlete, Addy brings valuable perspective and feedback that help make sure MHR reflects what student-athletes truly go through. Understanding the pressures of balancing academics, sports, and mental health, Addy is passionate about creating a space where student-athletes feel seen and supported.
In her downtime, she enjoys running, working out, and spending time with friends.
